Experience the mind-body-spirit connection in a serene environment with Peaceful Moon Yoga's Basic Yoga class. Participants will discover the benefits of mindful movement, linking breath with movement, while moving the body and calming the mind. You don't have to be able to twist up into a pretzel to participate, however the practice includes moving from prone and seated positions to standing postures. Newcomers, beginners, or those who wish to become reacquainted with the practice are welcome!
