Yoga at the Ponds: Basic-Plus

Experience the joy of mindful movement aimed at stretching and toning the entire body with Peaceful Moon Yoga's 'BasicPlus' practice. Participants will experience the mind-body-spirit connection while improving strength, balance and mental and emotional clarity in the serene garden area at Seven Ponds Nature Center. The practice includes seated, standing, and prone postures for a full body yoga workout. Beginner to intermediate level participants welcome.
